I also showed you how to make Parmigiano Reggiano Tortellini with Artichokes - and the recipe includes a link to a tutorial on how to make tortellini by hand!

Featured Posts

This week's featured posts are some of my family's favourites.
I am sharing the recipe for my Swordfish and Pistachio Pasta. This pasta has all the flavours of Sicily: swordfish, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, basil and pistachios.  And it is scrumptious! The texture and flavour that the pistachio crumbs give to the final dish make all the difference, so make sure not to skip them.
I am also sharing the recipe for Artichoke Frittata. You know I am a big fan of artichokes right? This dish is perfect both as an appetiser or a quick lunch/brunch idea. It is delicious, trust me.
The third featured post is a tutorial on how to make Salted Caramel Lava Cakes. This is one of my favourite desserts ever: there's something so comforting about digging the spoon into a soft, warm, spongy cake and seeing the oozing caramel come out!
The fourth recipe is a classic North African and Middle Eastern treat: Moroccan Mint Tea. It is amazingly delicious… packed with mint flavour, golden and sweet, almost nectar-like. It goes very well with the rest of the dishes I prepared as part of my Middle Eastern breakfast!

Sneak Peek

This coming week I am going to show you how to make Double Chocolate Cupcakes - the perfect cupcakes for any chocolate lover!
I am also going to show you how to make Leftover Buttercream Cookies - so that you never have to throw out your leftover buttercream again! Turn it into delicious cookies instead!
I am also going to show you how to make Chargrilled Pumpkin Salad - a hearty and delicious warm winter salad!
So stay tuned!
